Can't actually do such rendering yet.

Both are in .cf (i.e. data-command) form.
Make winsize command work even if we haven't created the window yet --
just save requested size and set it later.

reports object name before invoking each command.

If creating, and object name not of g<N> form, then make an alias too.

so "run" command can do it too.

CONSTify input strings where possible.

Add parti_allobjs() to implement "gall" command.

Add parti_nudge_camera() to aid in tracking objects.

Lots of changes to support new time flow and additional
time-related GUI.  Probably not all there but at least somewhat usable.
