Finally parse snapshot arguments properly...?

for good accuracy throughout the range.

snapshot/snapset.  Not actually implemented yet.
Add "clipbox hide".  This (a) doesn't display the big yellow box
and (b) doesn't enable OpenGL clipping -- just whatever object culling
the draw routine does anyway.
specks_draw_mesh() now pays attention to drawing style (solid/line/plane/point).
When drawing ellipsoids, disable blending altogether if bgcolor != 0.
Small, distant labels now disappear by default.  To get the old
draw-tiny-line behavior, use a negative "labelmin" value.

Can't actually do such rendering yet.

Add new -c "command string" cmd-line option.
Use findfile() to find ~/.partiviewrc and ./.partiviewrc.
Let command-line "-geometry" override initial "winsize".

Add framework for incrementally reading paragraphs of input:
kira_open(), kira_read_more().
