Add new -c "command string" cmd-line option.
Use findfile() to find ~/.partiviewrc and ./.partiviewrc.
Let command-line "-geometry" override initial "winsize".

Both are in .cf (i.e. data-command) form.
Make winsize command work even if we haven't created the window yet --
just save requested size and set it later.

If creating, and object name not of g<N> form, then make an alias too.

so "run" command can do it too.

Shortcuts "{" and "}" start animation (backwards & forwards).

Middle- or right-click on "step" buttons advance by .1 or 10 times normal step.
Tie step to speed: step = 0.1sec * speed.

Lots of changes to support new time flow and additional
time-related GUI.  Probably not all there but at least somewhat usable.
